Very busy law office in downtown Ann Arbor. Sole practitioner specializing in U.S. immigration and nationality law is seeking a legal secretary/legal assistant to work full-time, 32-40 hours per week beginning in March/April 2026.
This position requires excellent phone, writing, proofreading, and computer skills, with meticulous attention to detail and an interest in working with people from other countries.
Position includes office management and clerical duties as well as form and letter preparation, transcription, and organizing documents to file with applications to several governmental agencies.
