Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead and manage our private duty home care agency in Paramus, NJ . The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall operations, strategic direction, growth, and quality of services provided. This leadership role requires a strong balance of healthcare management expertise, business acumen, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the agency.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to home care services.

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of clinical and administrative staff.

  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and business development strategies to support agency growth and sustainability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and referral sources.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and ensure high-quality care delivery.

  • Monitor client satisfaction, care outcomes, and employee engagement to continually improve services.

  • Represent the agency at community events and industry forums to enhance visibility and reputation.

  • Report regularly to the Board of Directors or agency owner regarding operations, KPIs, and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.

  • Proven track record of managing clinical and administrative teams in a regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of private duty home care operations, reimbursement models, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver high-quality client services.

  • Familiarity with New Jersey Department of Health home care regulations preferred.
