Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, brand activations, and special engagements.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, scheduling, and setup.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event materials, promotional assets, and inventory management.
• Provide on-site event support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Assist with guest registration, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences and drive engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in high-pressure situations.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with event planning software is a plus.
