As the Director you will manage and maintain all aspects of the IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and the staff in these areas. You will sit at the table with the Executive Team to cast vision for the IT software and hardware infrastructure, and develop multi-year plans to accomplish the agreed-upon goals. You will have to conduct gap analysis, help define what the future state looks like, and help get them from current to future state.
