Job Overview:

The Alfa Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Business System Specialist for Alfa. This includes monitoring system performance, resolving system and account issues, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and implement program changes, project support, compliance activities, vendor support. This position will act as a liaison with Alfa IT addressing system needs, resolving system issues and developing long term system enhancements to support ongoing business needs and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with projects and participate on project teams which support Alfa strategies and enhancement of system functionality. Project support for process mapping, assisting with gathering of requirements, creation of test cases, user acceptance testing, and post launch monitoring, and communicating impacts to staff. After hours support is required. (30%)
  • Monitor Alfa system performance, troubleshoot all reported issues; assign for follow up or resolve. Identify trends and root cause of issue, ensure prompt attention from all required parties. (30%)
  • Act as a liaison with internal customers (Client Services, ITM, OGC, Accounting, BSG) to ensure processes, documents (Compass), procedures are aligned with companies' compliance, expectations, and daily support needs. (20%)
  • Provide support for various audits including but not limited to ICS, CMS, State, Corporate, PwC, CFPB, etc. (20%)

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  • Business-General: 3 years
  • Finance: 1 year

Education:

High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:

  • Accounting
  • Business Administration
